Coach Estabrook and his family moved to Truckee in the summer of 1979 and feels so lucky to have had the chance to grow up here. He enjoyed watching two of his three older brothers play for the Wolverines and was able to play four great years of Truckee Football himself. Coach Estabrook’s senior year in football the Wolverines made it to the 1989 State Championship, and that game was played at Surprise Stadium..Coach Estabrook also played Basketball and Baseball for Truckee High. He then went on to Sierra College and played two years of football and earned Honorable Mention as a Slot Back his sophomore year. This will be his 24th year coaching football. Estabrook is starting his 5th year working at Truckee High School, and enjoys being around the kids. Coach Estabrook and his wife Teresa have been married for 24 years and have 3 boys Jarred, Casey and Jace who are all very close to one another. They are each other’s biggest fans. Jarred and Casey were multi- sport athletes at Mcqueen highschool in Reno, and Jace is getting ready for a great senior year at Truckee High. My wife and I have enjoyed watching all three of them become great men !!
